Year-round coverage for lower-pressure homes. Free re-visits still cover you in between.

The full first visit, once. Free re-visit if they show back up in the first month.
How the first year runs
Every service starts with a full first visit: a walk of the property, then treatment all the way around the outside of the house, the doors, windows and entry points, the eaves and the patio furniture, the garage, and inside if that is where they are.

Homes over 3,500 sq ft are priced at the door. Service area: Temecula, Murrieta and Winchester.
Common questions
Is this a contract?
No contract. You put a card on file at the door so each visit can be charged when we come, and that is the whole arrangement.
Why do I need ongoing service at all?
Treatment does not reach the eggs. Those hatch about a month later, and that batch never touched anything, which is why one treatment fades after a few weeks. That is why the second visit comes a month later and why it is on us.
Do I have to be home?
For the first visit it helps, so we can go over the property with you and get inside if that is where they are. After that, no, as long as the gate is unlocked.
What pests are covered?
Ants, spiders (including black widows), American and Oriental roaches, crickets, earwigs, silverfish, sow bugs, millipedes, centipedes, box elder bugs, and mice and rats. Wasps, hornets, bees, termites, bed bugs, fleas, ticks, wildlife and grubs are quoted separately. Mosquitoes are a +$100 add-on to any visit. Full details on the service agreement.
