Covered pests
Our general pest service covers: Argentine ants, odorous house ants, fire ants, pavement and house ants, American roaches, Oriental roaches, spiders, black widow spiders, wasps, hornets, crickets, earwigs, silverfish, sow bugs and pill bugs, millipedes, centipedes, box elder bugs, and scorpions. Wasps and hornets are covered on the structure only — off-structure nests and honey bees are not included.
Not covered by the general pest plan: rodents (mice, rats, gophers, squirrels), ticks and fleas, mosquitoes, termites and other wood-destroying organisms, bed bugs, German and brown-banded cockroaches, bees and hive removal, wildlife, grubs, and fumigation.
We do offer several of these as separate services. Rodent control, trapping, exclusion repairs, carcass removal and attic work are covered under our Rodent Control Service Agreement. Mosquito and tick/flea programs are available as seasonal add-ons. Call or text 951‑441‑2847 for a quote.
Our service
Our year‑round service is built to stop covered pests from becoming a problem in the first place. We inspect the property, treat the foundation, entry points around windows and doorways, cracks, eaves, and harborage spots, and build a protective barrier around your home. Our materials rotate as the seasons and conditions change. We're licensed and insured, and we live right here in the valley.
Our guarantee
If they come back, so do we. If covered pests appear between your scheduled services, we return and re‑treat at no additional charge. Free re‑services are targeted treatments of the reported problem and do not replace or extend your scheduled full‑property services. No free re‑treatments are performed on accounts 30 days or more past due.

Homes over 2,500 sq ft add $7.00/month per additional 500 sq ft. Annual Prepay (12‑Month plan only): pay 11 months up front, receive 12 months of service and your initial service free.
Payment & billing
- First payment. Your initial service — $49 (12‑Month) or $99 (Month‑to‑Month) — is charged on the day of the first treatment.
- Monthly plan begins month 2, billed automatically each month on the same date it was set up.
- Monthly billing cycle. You are charged on your billing date whether or not a service falls in that month. This levels your cost across the year.
- Refunds. Payment already made for the current cycle is not refunded.
- Autopay & e‑billing. These rates reflect enrollment in automatic payment and electronic billing.
- A late fee of $25 applies to accounts 25 days past due, and $25 for returned payments. We do not render service on accounts 120 days or more past due.
Cancellation
12‑Month plan. Minimum term of twelve months. Our standard initial service is $199; it is discounted to $49 for customers who enroll in the 12‑month plan. If you cancel within the twelve months, a cancellation fee equal to the $150 introductory discount is charged on the day of the cancellation request — no other penalty or fee. After twelve months, service continues month‑to‑month and you may cancel any time with nothing owed. (The $199 standard initial is available on its own to customers who prefer a one‑time service without a plan.)
Month‑to‑Month plan. No commitment and no cancellation fee. Cancel any time; current‑cycle payment is not refunded.

Terms
Property access
You do not need to be home for your service. By agreeing to this service, you grant Pack It Up permission to access your property and perform the necessary work without anyone present. Interior service requires access. Service fees apply even when parts of the property are inaccessible (locked gates, pets outside, or similar); we will return to finish the treatment when you tell us it's feasible.
Scope of service
This service does not cover the control or prevention of rodents, ticks, fleas, mosquitoes, termites and other wood-destroying organisms, bees, grubs, wildlife (including squirrels, opossums, raccoons and birds), bed bugs, or German and brown-banded cockroaches. Only the pests listed above are covered. Pack It Up Pest Control is not liable for claims related to personal loss, property loss, or structural damage caused by pests.
Interior & rodent service
Interior treatment and interior web removal are available on request and are not part of the regular scheduled service. Rodent control is a separate service under our Rodent Control Service Agreement and includes inspection, exterior bait stations where appropriate, interior trapping, and monitoring. Rodent exclusion work — sealing entry points, screening vents, repairs — is quoted separately, as is attic decontamination and insulation.
Customer responsibilities
Before your service: turn off exterior irrigation, secure pets, and clear personal items along treated areas. After your service: allow treated surfaces the drying time your technician indicates before re‑entry; do not wash or pressure‑wash treated areas; and do not disturb or remove bait stations — bait is carried back to the colony and can take four to seven days to take full effect.
Household sensitivities
Tell us before we treat if anyone in the home is pregnant, has asthma, or is sensitive to chemicals or odors. We will adjust the plan and show you the product label and re‑entry time.
Pesticide use
All products applied are registered with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the California Department of Pesticide Regulation, and are applied according to their labels by licensed personnel. A written record of the products applied is provided after each service.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Venue: Riverside County.
Consumer Pesticide Notice
State law requires that we give you the following information. "CAUTION — PESTICIDES ARE TOXIC CHEMICALS." Structural Pest Control Operators are licensed and regulated by the Structural Pest Control Board and apply pesticides registered and approved for use by the California Department of Pesticide Regulation and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. The degree of risk depends upon the degree of exposure, so exposure should be minimized. If within 24 hours following an application you experience symptoms similar to common seasonal illness comparable to the flu, contact your physician or poison control center and your pest control operator immediately.
