SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text-messaging program offered by Pack It Up Pest Control ("Pack It Up," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Program description

When you provide your mobile number and opt in (for example, by checking the consent box on our quote form, or by giving verbal or written consent), Pack It Up Pest Control may send you SMS text messages related to:

• Your quote request and follow-up;
• Appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders;
• Service updates and account notifications;
• If you separately opt in: occasional offers, seasonal pest reminders, and promotions.

Consent

By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages and/or calls from Pack It Up Pest Control at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. You may still request a quote or service without opting in to text messages.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, quote follow-ups and appointment reminders).

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier. Pack It Up Pest Control does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt out — reply STOP

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and then stop sending SMS messages. You may continue to receive messages for a short period while your request is processed. Opting out of texts will not stop us from contacting you by phone or email about a service you requested.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile opt-in information and consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing. For full details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the messaging program after changes means you accept the updated SMS Terms.
